Basketball
Basketball is unofficially played by more people worldwide than any other sport, even Football. The game was invented by Dr. James Naismith, a Canadian born YMCA officer in 1891. It was based on a simple childhood game played by Dr Naismith as a child in Ontario Canada. It developed into Basketball, primarily as a game that could be easy to play indoors and in a confined space. Basketball has grown into a worldwide phenomenon, and is seen as a simple game that anyone can learn to play quickly and easily. Whatever your intention, whether to play full games, 3 on 3, 2 on 2, or 1 on 1, or just to encourage an excellent form of aerobic exercise, our equipment will meet your needs. Basketball is a key growth sport in the U.K., it is extremely popular in schools and is seen as an excellent unsupervised sports activity.
