Where do you ship to?
Free delivery applies to the British mainland only, excluding Scottish Highlands.

How do I pay if I do not have a credit card?
Please contact us to arrange payment by cheque and your goods will be dispatched on cheque clearance.
How secure is your site?
We do not receive or hold your credit card details as we use Protx now called Sagepay (one of the largest independent Payment Service Providers in the UK) to provide a secure payment gateway.

Where are your products made?
We are proud to say that the vast majority of our items are made in the UK.
I can not find the product I need?
Please contact us and we may be able to help you find a suitable product or fabricate something in-house.

Do you install sports equipment?
Yes, our regular area of operations is within a 50 mile radius of Cheltenham, however if you are outside this area we may be able to help you.
Do you build sports surfaces?
Yes we do. Please go to The Grimshaw Group website for more information.
What do I do if I have weeds on my tennis court?
Firstly do not pull them out as it would damage the surface. Treat with a systemic weed killer, allowing them to die back and wither.
