SAPCA Award for Gloucestershire PFA
The Gloucestershire Playing Fields Association has raised over £200,000 towards sports and play projects across the county.
They have helped fund MUGAs, a playing field for a primary school and, most recently, a full-size 3G synthetic pitch at Winchcombe School.
The facility is used by the school in the day and in the evenings and at weekends by a wide range of clubs and activities. GPFA has also given grants to Gloucester Rowing Club to help purchase land for a new boathouse.
As a regular supporter of the County Playing Fields Association, SAPCA was asked to help to select and present an award to Gloucestershire PFA in recognition of its achievements.
