Tennis Court Grit.

2mm grey-green granite granules. Used on a grey-green grit tennis court to provide a degree of slippage to mimic natural grass. The granules eventually become rounded with play and need to be replaced with fresh angular stones.

These stones are quarried in Wales then shipped to a specialist processor where they are crushed, screened to the required size, washed, dried and bagged then sent on to our warehouse. 

Known as 'Gra Green Grit' and 'Grey Green Grit' simply because of the colour differentiation when wet and dry. 

Available in quantities of 6, 12, 20 or 40 bags 25kg each.  As a rough guide somewhere between 12-18 bags are required to replace the loose grit on a tennis court.
