Choosing your Football Net
There are three principle profiles within the world of football nets: Standard, Straight Back or Box.
Standard nets are used with football goals that have a top runback or D-bracket. The nets are then hung over the runback or D-bracket until they reach the ground and can be pegged down.
Straight back nets are used with the football goals that have no top runback or net support brackets. The nets sit on the top of the crossbar and go straight to the ground to be anchored in.
Stadium box nets are for football goals that have supporting back poles or fence folding goals. The nets attach from the goal frame to the back poles or bars providing the ‘box’ look you see in the Premier League.
